Zachary O'Neill, 30, of Hoboken NJ, formerly of Perkasie PA, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at Hoboken University Medical Center.

Born in Allentown PA, he was a beloved son of William O'Neill and his wife Janet of Perkasie and Cindy (Reardon) O'Neill of Telford.

Zachary enjoyed many sports including football and basketball.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Sarah Formato and her husband Christian of Pottstown and his paternal grandmother Janet O'Neill, his niece Aria, nephew Benjamin, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother Drew O'Neill, maternal grandparents: Ralph and Genevieve Reardon, and paternal grandfather Frank O'Neill.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at Noon in the Sadler-Suess Funeral Home, 33 N. Main St., Telford, PA 18969.  Family will receive friends from 11 AM until the time of the service.  Interment is private.

The family kindly requests donations to a charity of one's choice in Zachary's name.
