William Donald Bolig, of Milford Twp. and formerly of Hilltown, PA, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at Phoebe Richland Health Care Center, Richlandtown, PA.  He was 91.

He was the husband of Kathryn Ann (Eckert) Bolig.  The couple would have celebrated their 50 ^th Wedding Anniversary on April 8, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Pauline G. (Miller) Bolig in 1970.

Born in Hilltown, he was the son of the late William Kraft and Mary E. (Grasse) Bolig.

Mr. Bolig was employed in oil delivery and oil burner maintenance for Miller & Bethman Oil Co., Doylestown, PA, for over 30 years until his retirement.

He was a member of Grace Bible Fellowship Church, Quakertown, PA.

Mr. Bolig was a life member of the Dublin Fire Company, Dublin, PA, where he volunteered with the Fire Police and as an EMT with the former Dublin Ambulance.  In addition to his love for tending to his home and yard, he will be remembered for his knack for taking things apart and rebuilding them.  In his younger years, he had an airplane pilot's license and flew small airplanes out of the Pennridge Airport, Perkasie, PA.

Surviving with his wife are three children, Timothy A. Bolig, of Lancaster, PA, Linda M. Snyder and her husband Vincent, of Topton, PA, and Barbara Ann Bolig, of Bergenfield, NJ; four stepchildren, Deborah McMain, of Allentown, PA, Sandra M. McQuail, of Sellersville, PA, Patricia L. Weaver and her husband Harry, of Center Valley, PA, and Ronald C. Lear and his wife Louise, of Telford, PA; 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Paul Bolig and his wife Janet, of Perkasie, and Richard Bolig, of Florida.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Lois Arlene Bolig, in 1980; a son, William Russell "Rusty" Bolig, in 2008; and three sisters, Mary Moyer, Martha Hendricks, and Jean Buzby.

His Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 11, 2022, at the Grace Bible Fellowship Church, 1811 N. Old Bethlehem Pike, Quakertown, PA, where family and friends may call from 9:30 to 11:00 AM.  Interment will follow in the Hilltown Baptist Cemetery, Hilltown.
