V. Marisa Jacoby, of Silverdale, PA, and formerly of Ocala, FL, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2023, at her home.  She was 95.

She was the loving wife of the late Emil V. Jacoby until his passing on January 3, 1987.

Born in Rome, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Lina (Ionata) Piferi.

Along with her late husband, Mrs. Jacoby owned and operated the former Emil's Restaurant, Sellersville, PA, from 1967 until 1984.

She was a member of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Hilltown, PA, and was most recently associated with St. Peter's Tohickon United Church of Christ, Perkasie, PA.

Mrs. Jacoby will be remembered as a "social butterfly", having enjoyed socializing and attending dances over the years.  A talented ballroom dancer, she also loved opera music. Her greatest joy was in spending time with her family and taking care of her grandchildren.

She is survived by three children, Lina L. Lippincott, of Silverdale, PA, Emil Jacoby and his wife Donna, of East Rockhill Twp., PA, and Lisa L. Tice and her husband Barry, of Perkasie, PA; ten grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Joseph Lippincott, and a brother, Gino Piferi.

Her Funeral Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's Tohickon United Church of Christ, 1071 Old Bethlehem Road, Perkasie, PA  18944.
