Thomas F. Smith, III, of Perkasie, PA, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2024, at his home.  He was 65.

Born in York, PA, and raised in Warminster, PA, he was the son of the late Thomas F. Jr. and Virginia (Hill) Smith.  He was a 1978 graduate of Archbishop Wood High School, Warminster.

Thomas worked for the County of Bucks in its Maintenance Department tending to its plumbing, heating and air conditioning for 30 years until retiring in 2024.

He had a passion for cars especially his 2008 ROUSH Mustang.  He enjoyed attending various car shows over the years, particularly in Carlisle, PA. A NASCAR enthusiast, Thomas frequented the Dover Race Track in Dover, DE.

An avid Philadelphia Phillies fan, Thomas loved to ride his Harley motorcycle and play an occasional game of golf.  He will be most remembered for his generosity in always lending a hand to help his friends and family with their plumbing, HVAC and automotive issues.

He is survived by a son, Matthew T. Smith, of Perkasie; a sister, Kathleen Smith-Salters and her husband Isom Salters, of Warminster, PA; a brother, Patrick Smith and his wife Jean, of North Wales, PA; a sister, Tracy Smith, of Indiana; a niece, Jennifer Bodner; and seven nephews, Daniel Smith, Dahmir Salters, Lahmir Salters, Jayden Salters, Stephen Smith, Dalton Rothermel and Jeffrey Rothermel.

His Memorial Services will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN  38105.
