Susan J. Morris, of Fate, TX and formerly of Perkasie, PA, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023 in the Carrollton Regional Medical Center, Carrollton, TX.  She was 68.

Born in Victorville, CA, she was the daughter of the late Roger Andrew and Virginia Joanne (Allgire) Morris.  She was a 1973 graduate of Suffern High School, Suffern, NY.  She went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from the University of North Texas, Denton, TX in 2002.

Sue worked as a substitute teacher for the Wylie Independent School district, Wylie TX for many years, retiring in 2022.

During the 1980's and 90's, Sue volunteered as a Emergency Medical Technician for the Central Bucks Ambulance Corp., the Souderton Ambulance and the Perkasie Fire Company Ambulance.

She was a former member of St. Stephen's United Church of Christ, Perkasie, PA.  In her free time, she enjoyed sewing, crafting, skiing, reading mystery novels and trips to Disney World.

An avid Cat person, Sue was active with the Bingos Foundation Cat Rescue, Penndel, PA and the Humane Society Cat Rescue, Frisco, TX,

She is survived by two daughters, Lynn Joanne Mills, of Doylestown, PA and Sandy Susan Floyd and her husband Vincent, of Langhorne, PA; four grandchildren, Sarah Mills, Katelyn Mills, Lauren Mills and Samantha Floyd; a brother, Kevin Andrew Morris of Odessa, TX and a sister, Karen Kay Nethaway and her husband Charles, of Rockwall, TX.

Interment will be held privately in St. Stephen's U.C.C. Cemetery, Perkasie, PA.
