Ricky Lee Beer, of Telford and formerly of Perkasie and Silverdale, PA, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Grand View Hospital, Sellersville, PA.  He was 66.

Born in Sellersville, he was the son of the late Lester and Arlene (Barndt) Beer.  He was a 1977 graduate of Pennridge High School as well as the Upper Bucks Vocational-Technical School, both in Perkasie, PA.

Ricky was employed as a truck driver by Isabelle's Kitchens, Harleysville, PA.  Previously, he worked as a trash truck driver for Waste Management.

He is survived by two sons, Jason Beer, and Michael Beer and his wife Carrie, all of Noblesville, IN; two grandchildren, Emma and Maxwell; two brothers, Ronald Beer and his wife Janice, of Telford, PA, and David Beer and his wife Linda, of Quakertown, PA; and three sisters, Joan Graham and her husband Robert, of Perkasie, Barbara Chontofalsky, of Perkasie, and Wanda Freed and her husband David, of Ocean View, DE; two aunts, Marian Beer, of Sellersville, and Violet Bryan, of Perkasie; and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Luther Chontofalsky, an uncle, Earl Bryan, and a nephew, Aaron Freed.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.

The Family would like to thank Ricky's caring neighbors for all of the kindnesses shown to him over the years.
