Philip E. Guerrera, of West Rockhill Twp., PA, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2024, at his home.  He was 97.

He was the loving husband of Sandra "Sandy" (Ruth) Guerrera.  The couple would have celebrated their 55th Wedding Anniversary on December 20, 2024.

Born in Middletown, NY, he was the son of the late Frank and Josephine (Carretto) Guerrera.  He was a 1945 graduate of Middletown High School.

He was a proud U. S. Army Veteran of World War II, serving from 1945 to 1946 and stationed Stateside in California.

Mr. Guerrera worked as a machinist and supervisor for Pittman Motors, Harleysville, PA, for 15 years until retiring in 1997.  Previously, he was employed by Central Sprinkler, Lansdale, PA.

An avid gardener and woodworker, he was especially talented in working with stained glass.  He also enjoyed traveling with his wife, highlighted by trips to Italy, Germany and China.

Surviving with his wife are five children, Stephen Guerrera, of Upton, MA, Keith Guerrera, of Pottstown, PA, Karen Radar, of Wernersville, PA, Wendy Renninger and her husband Darrell, of Boyertown, PA, and Craig Guerrera and his wife Rachel, of Macungie, PA; 12 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Guerrera.

His Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at the Suess-Gahman Funeral Home & Crematory, 606 Arch Street, Perkasie, PA, where family and friends may call from 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
