Olive W. Snyder, 97, of Telford, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022 in Peter Becker Community in Franconia Twp., PA.

She was the beloved wife of 64 years to the late Gordon Snyder who died in 2014.

Born in Telford, she was the daughter of the late Raymond S. and Aneida (Shade) Parvin.

She was employed at the former Sauter-Sparks packing plant in Souderton and Meryl-Ann Draperies in Telford. She also volunteered as a hairdresser at the Lutheran Community at Telford.

Mrs. Snyder was a lifelong member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Telford  where she was treasurer of the ladies auxiliary. In her free time, her hobbies included riding bike and walking, along with painting whirly gigs.

She is survived by two sons:  Dennis Snyder and his wife Linda of Souderton, David Snyder and his wife Debra L. of Green Lane; two brothers: Richard and Gerald; four grandchildren:  Amanda, Andrea, Brandon, Bryan; two great grandchildren: Falcon A. and Avery Jean. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Raymond (Curt), Merrill, and Donald.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 107 W. Lincoln Avenue, Telford, PA. Interment will follow in the Frieden's Union Cemetery, Sumneytown.  Family will receive friends from 10-11:00AM  prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Paul's Lutheran Church at the above address.  Arrangements are by the Sadler-Suess Funeral Home, Telford.
