Norman C. Grant, of Linfield and formerly of Royersford, PA, passed away Friday, September 26, 2025, at Manatawny Manor, Pottstown, PA. He was 82.
He was the loving husband of Patricia (Whitmire) Watts Grant. The couple would have celebrated their 12th Wedding Anniversary on September 29, 2025.
Born in Lakewood, NJ, he was the son of the late Horace V. and Marjorie C. (Costello) Grant. A 1961 graduate of Lakewood High School, he attained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Duke University, Durham, NC, in 1965.
A self-employed electrical engineer, he owned and operated Quoin Partnership, Trappe, PA, for many years until his retirement.
Mr. Grant was an active member of Lower Providence Presbyterian Church, Norristown, PA, where he served on the Building & Facilities Committee.
He was a member of the Rotary Club of Collegeville, PA. A history buff, he especially enjoyed visiting Williamsburg, VA, as well as traveling to State Parks throughout the Western United States.
Mr. Grant loved collecting Z-scale and O-gauge trains. A boating enthusiast, he took great delight in teaching his nieces and nephews how to water ski. He had a jukebox that he loved to share with anyone who visited. He enjoyed many music genres, especially the '50's and Gospel quartets.
Surviving with his wife are a brother, Horace V. Grant, Jr.; a niece, Diana Grant and her husband Dan Frey; three nephews, Dr. Jondavid Jabush, Darren Cicerello, and Mario Cicerello; and a number of great-nephews and great-nieces. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Marshall Grant, a sister, Marjorie Lois Jabush, a niece, Jan Cicerello, and a nephew, Daryl Grant.
Family and friends are invited to attend his Celebration of Life to be held at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the Copperfield Inn at Lakeside, 594 W. Ridge Pike, Limerick, PA 19468. RSVP by Monday, October 27, 2025 Patricia Watts Grant (Text or Call 215-872-1625)
