Obituary

Nancy Jane Owens, 88, of West Rockhill Township, PA, passed away surrounded by family on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at her residence.

She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas L Owens.  They had just celebrated 51 years of marriage when he passed away in 2005.

Born in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, Nancy was a daughter of the late John T and Eirwen (Davis) Uren.

Nancy graduated from Nanticoke High School in 1953 and went on to become a dedicated mother.  Later in life, she spent over ten years as Owner and Operator of Nancy's Pets, successfully maintaining three stores throughout Lehigh, Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

Her interests included puzzle books, Bingo, watching Western movies, and taking trips to the shore at Ocean City, Maryland.

She was also a member of Generations Senior Center.

Nancy was survived by daughters Linda Good-Allen of Green Lane, PA and Bonnie Monahan of Green Lane, PA.  She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Nancy is predeceased by a sister, Joan Casper and her sons-in-law, Edward Allen and James Monahan.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church Ridge Valley Cemetery.  910 Allentown Road.  Sellersville, PA 18960.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Nancy's memory to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church Ridge Valley.  910 Allentown Road.  Sellersville, PA 18960.

Arrangements are by the Sadler-Suess Funeral Home, Telford, PA. 18969.
