Nancy R. Butterwick, of Souderton and formerly of Perkasie, PA, and Parrish, FL, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023, at her home.  She was 87.

She was the loving wife of John W. Butterwick.  The couple had celebrated their 26 ^th Wedding Anniversary on January 11, 2023.

Born in West Rockhill Twp., PA, she was the daughter of the late Raymond M. and Margaret (Stever) Andrews.  She was a 1953 graduate of Sell-Perk High School, Perkasie.

Mrs. Butterwick was employed as an Assistant Comptroller for Univest National Bank, Souderton, PA, for 28 years until retiring in August 1997.  Previously, she worked as a payroll clerk for the former Kollsman Motor Corp., Dublin, PA.

She was a member of the Souderton Mennonite Church, Souderton, and an associate member of the United Community Church, Sun City Center, FL.

An avid reader and travel enthusiast, she volunteered as a fundraiser for Southeastern Guide Dogs in Parrish, FL.

Surviving with her husband are three children, Barbara Karabinos and her husband Thomas, of Center Valley, PA, Linda Lowery and her husband Kenneth, of Perkasie, and David Stastny and his companion Julie Ly, of Perkasie; a stepson, David Butterwick, of West Chester, PA; four grandchildren, Michael A. Karabinos, Brian J. Karabinos and his companion Allison Siatkowski, Jason R. Lowery, and Jennifer A. Lowery; and a great-granddaughter, Olivia Karabinos.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Katherine Freed.

Family and friends are invited to attend her Celebration of Life Services to be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 27, 2023, at the Souderton Mennonite Homes Summit View Auditorium, 207 West Summit Street, Souderton, PA.  Those attending should enter at the Apple Tree Entrance.
