Mary Ramsey, of Upper Gwynedd Twp., PA, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Grand View Hospital, West Rockhill Twp., PA.  She was 81.

She was the wife of the late Charles H. Ramsey who died September 15, 2010.

Born in Sellersville and raised in Silverdale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joel and Estelle (Barndt) Benner.  She was a 1958 graduate of Pennridge High School, Perkasie, PA.

Mrs. Ramsey worked as a dental hygienist for Dr. Earl Stover at his practice located in Souderton, PA, for over 20 years until retiring in 2005.

She was a former active member of the former Montgomery Baptist Church, Montgomeryville, PA, where she sang in the Church Choir and taught Sunday School.

Mrs. Ramsey loved singing (alto range) and music, and she was a member of the Zion Choral Society for over 20 years.  An outdoors enthusiast, she was particularly fond of camping, hiking and bicycling especially in Wellsboro, PA.  Later in life, she enjoyed walking.

She is survived by three children, Scott C. Ramsey and his wife DonnaLee, of Souderton, PA, Brenda J. Finley and her husband Rockwell, of Harleysville, PA, and Todd J. Ramsey and his wife Sonia, of State College, PA; three grandchildren, Breana Reilly and her husband Michael, Joel Finley, and Erin Slone and her husband Jeremy; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Joel Benner and his wife Joan, of Sellersville, PA.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Eleanor Landis.

Graveside Services with interment in South Perkasie Evangelical Cemetery, Perkasie, PA, will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
