Mary Ann Vitale, of Kintnersville, PA, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2026, at her home. She was 86.
She was the loving wife of 55 years of the late Dominic A. Vitale until his passing on May 23, 2013.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late William Lilley and the late Margaret (Wolf) Lilley Krawczuk.
She was a 1957 graduate of Saint Basil Academy High School, Philadelphia.
Mrs. Vitale was employed as an Administrator with the Bucks County Workforce Development Board at its Doylestown and Bristol, PA, locations for 42 years until retiring in 2020. In her younger years, she worked as a hairdresser.
She was a former member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Ottsville, PA.
Mrs. Vitale especially enjoyed antiquing with her husband. Her greatest joy was found in spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by three children, Dominic D. Vitale and his wife Terri, of Ocean View, NJ, Margaret M. Sroka and her husband Philip, of Quakertown, PA, and Christine Vitale, of Kintnersville, PA; six grandchildren, Corey Vitale and his wife Dawn, Angela Stauffer and her husband Grant, Mary Sroka and her husband Daniel Green, Amanda Simpson and her husband William, Joseph Sroka, and Ashley Vinhar and her husband Matthew; 13 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, David Vitale in 2008, and a sister, Patricia Schmid.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 Noon on Friday, July 24, 2026, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 4050 Durham Road, Ottsville, PA, where family and friends may call from 11:00 AM until 12:00 Noon. Interment will follow in St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Ottsville.
