Lynn Marie Lightner, of Quakertown, PA, passed away Monday, October 5, 2026, at her home. She was 43.

            Born in Abington, PA, she was the daughter of Nancy Lynn (Schutte) Underkoffler and her husband Jeffrey Underkoffler.

            A 2001 graduate of Central Bucks West High School, she attained her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Bucks County Community College, Newtown, PA, and went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Nursing.

            Lynn was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at a nursing home in Willow Grove, PA.

            She loved attending nursing school, but her greatest joy was found in taking care of her children and spending time with family and friends. In her free time, she enjoyed watching movies, especially “The Wizard of Oz”. In her younger years, she played the piano.

            Surviving with her mother and stepfather are two sons, Sebastian and Maddox Breithau; an aunt, Cindy Bradley, of Allenwood, PA; an uncle, Earl Underkoffler, of Ivyland, PA; and her fiancé, Timothy Wolfe.

            Her Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at the Suess-Gahman Funeral Home & Crematory, 606 Arch Street, Perkasie, PA, where family and friends may call from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. Interment will follow in St. Stephen’s United Church of Christ Cemetery, Perkasie.
