Judith
Mccullough
June 20, 1943 – July 13, 2023
Judith McCullough, of Perkasie, PA, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Thursday, July 13, 2023. She had just celebrated her 80th birthday in June.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph McCullough and the late Helen (Gatwood) McCullough Tulibacki. A 1961 graduate of Lansdale Catholic High School, Lansdale, PA, she made life-long, enduring friendships there which she cherished.
Following her high school graduation, Judy began her professional career with American Electronic Laboratories, Colmar, PA, before working for Brooks Instruments, Hatfield, PA. She eventually retired from Merck & Co., West Point, PA.
She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Sellersville, PA.
To paint a picture of Judy, one would need humor, dignity and grace. The sharpness of her wit was only matched by how sharply she dressed! She always gave all her love and attention to her family. She loved trips to the beach and being with her grandchildren. We are forever grateful for her unending loving, guidance and support throughout our lives.
She is survived by three children, Joseph E. Hufnagle, III, and his wife Joann, of Sellersville, PA, Colleen Clark and her husband Kevin, of Quakertown, PA, and Laurie Hagey and her husband Timothy, of Chalfont, PA; and her six beloved grandchildren, Kyle Detweiler and his wife Danielle, Courtney Clark, Alexander Hagey, Cassidy Clark, Carson Hagey and Olivia Hagey. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Macklin, Bennett and Nicholas Detweiler.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her daughter, Christine Hufnagle, on January 17, 2013, and the father of her children, Joseph Hufnagle, Jr.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 445 N. Main Street, Sellersville, where family and friends may call from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, P. O. Box 91891, Washington, DC 20090 or www.nationalmssociety.org
Arrangements are by the Suess-Gahman Funeral Home, 606 Arch Street, Perkasie, PA.
