Judith L. Kramer, of Perkasie, PA, passed away Monday, May 11, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospital – Grand View Campus, Sellersville, PA. She was 87.

            She was the loving wife of 48 years of the late Ronald K. Kramer until his passing on December 29, 2006.

            Born in Sellersville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Raymond L. and Elizabeth (Barnes) Ludwig. She was a 1957 graduate of Pennridge High School, Perkasie, PA.

            Mrs. Kramer was employed as a production worker for Aerospace Display Systems, Hatfield, PA, for over 5 years until 1999 when she retired to care for her husband. Previously, she worked for EMICO at its Dublin and Perkasie, PA, locations for a combined 20 years.

            She was a member of St. Andrew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Perkasie.

            Mrs. Kramer had volunteered for many years with the Perkasie Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. An avid Philadelphia Phillies Baseball fan, she enjoyed solving word search puzzles and watching television particularly a good “Hallmark” movie. She was especially fond of listening to country music as well as spending time on her computer and Facebook. And, she loved her dogs, especially “Pugsley”.

            She is survived by her son, Jeffrey S. Kramer and his wife Deborah, of Sellersville, PA; a brother, Raymond Ludwig, Jr. and his wife Wynn, of Harrisonburg, VA; two sisters, Janet Buehrle, and her companion Thomas Ferrara, of Shinglehouse, PA; and Carol Neary and her husband John, of The Villages, FL; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Isenmann.

            Her Memorial Services will be held at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at St. Andrew's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 20 Dill Avenue, Perkasie, PA, where family and friends may call from 10:45 AM to 11:30 AM.  

            Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

            In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 20 Dill Avenue, Perkasie, PA 18944.
