John A. Petrella, 80, of Telford, PA, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2022, at St. Luke's Hospital in Quakertown.

John was the husband of the late Marsha Petrella. Born in Coatesville, PA, John was a son of the late John A. Petrella and Clydine Demaris (Swartzwelder).

Mr. Petrella graduated from Bishop Shanahan High School then attended Villanova University, where he graduated with a degree in civil engineering. For many years worked for the State of Pennsylvania as a building inspector. John was a member of MENSA and was a very spiritual man and attended church on a regular basis.

John is survived by a daughter and a sister and a sister in-law. In addition to his wife, John is preceded in death by a brother.

Interment will be at Trinity Cemetery in Telford, PA at the convenience of the family and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
