Joan R. Wenger, formerly of Bedminster Twp., PA, and Englewood, FL, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at the Community at Rockhill, West Rockhill Twp., PA.  She was 93.

She was the loving wife of 67 years of the late Jay A. Wenger, M.D., until his passing on August 11, 2021.

Born in Camden, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Raymond P. and Selma E. (Engel) Reustle.  A 1948 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, Camden, she attained her Registered Nursing Degree from Cooper Hospital, Camden, in 1950.

A homemaker, she loved spending time on the family farm in Ulster, PA, during the late 1960's and 1970's.  An avid gardener, Mrs. Wenger enjoyed gardening, going on cruises and vacationing at their home in Ocean City, NJ.

She was a former member of Fellowship Bible Church, Venice, FL.

She is survived by four children, Jay D. Wenger and his wife Patricia, of Seattle, WA, Donna W. Sinclair and her husband Stephen, of Perkasie, PA, Linda L. Schoonover and her husband Mark, of Hammonton, NJ, and Mark A. Wenger and his wife Kristin, of Bedminster, PA; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William Reustle.

Family and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Services to be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at the Suess-Gahman Funeral Home & Crematory, 606 Arch Street, Perkasie, PA.  Interment will follow in Kellers Church Cemetery, Kellers Church, PA.
