Jessie Lightner , 66, of Hatfield, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 17, 2025, at Jefferson Abington Memorial Hospital.

Jessie and her husband, Alexander Lightner, were together for fifty years.

Born in Lansdale, she was a daughter of late Andrew Mayersky and  Lillian (Sabolchick) Mayersky.

She worked with the dogs in the kennel at North Penn Animal Hospital.  Jessie did housekeeping at both St.Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Telford and St. Mary's Manor, Lansdale. In her free time, she enjoyed feeding wildlife near their house, and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter.

In addition to her husband, Jessie is survived by her son, Ryan Lightner of Hatfield and her granddaughter Isabella. She was predeceased by her two sisters, Andrea Staehle and Donna Lewis.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 107 W. Lincoln Avenue, Telford, PA. Family will receive family and friends at 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
