Jean Marie Wenhold, of Perkasie, PA, passed away Friday, December 8, 2023, at her home.  She was 86.

She was the companion of 25 years of the late John Faulkner until his passing.

Born in West Rockhill Township, PA, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Lorena (Patton) Trautman.  She was a graduate of Pennridge High School, Perkasie, PA.

Ms. Wenhold was employed as a welder by the former AMETEK, INC., U. S.Gauge Division, Sellersville, PA, where she worked for 25 years until retiring in 2000.

She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Sellersville, PA.

An avid reader, Ms. Wenhold enjoyed gardening, solving crossword puzzles and crocheting.  She loved Christmas, shopping and watching television shows and the news.  Her greatest joy and pleasure was in spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who she loved dearly.

She, along with her late companion, John, were very proud to have built a house together on Seven Corner Road in Perkasie.

She is survived by two children, Jeffrey W. Wenhold and his wife Wendy, of Sellersville, PA, and Jeanne L. Comalli and her husband Gregory, of Perkasie; four grandchildren, Derik Comalli, Angelica Shaffer, Jeffrey Wenhold, Jr. and Jennifer Wenhold; 12 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews, Vicki, Robert, Beth, Phillip and Guy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Jerry Wenhold, in 1980, and James Wenhold, in 1989; two grandchildren Jennifer Wenhold and Jarred Wenhold; a brother, Russell Trautman; and a sister, Lorena Brown.

Her Funeral Services and Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grand View Hospice, 700 Lawn Avenue, Sellersville, PA  18960.
