Jean Ann Janisheck was brought home to God on July 8th, 2026, after a battle with cancer. She passed surrounded by love with her family at her side. She was 84 years old.

Jean is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Edward Janisheck, her daughter Jenniah Janisheck, son-in-law Sean and granddaughter Isabella. She is preceded in death by her parents Anna (Marino) Dickson and Tom Dickson along with her younger brother Tommy Dickson.

Jean was a spirited, fun-loving woman with a giant heart. She loved to travel, spending time at her favorite beaches in Cape May, playing with her dogs, shopping and winning on her favorite slot machines – usually. She was a prankster with a wicked sense of humor and loved nothing more than a good gossip session.

In the 64 years she was married to her husband Eddie, they shared so many of life’s adventures together. They each other’s best friend and soulmates. They were two halves of the same heart. She will be greatly missed. In the last 18 years, one of her greatest joys was being the best mom-mom to her granddaughter Izzy.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life with a memorial service and visitation that will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Sadler-Suess Funeral Home & Crematory, 33 N. Main Street, Telford, PA 18969. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until the time of the service.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to St. Luke’s Hospice in which helped make Jean’s last weeks the best they could be. The address is 2455 Black River Road, Bethlehem, PA 18015.
