Jean Lamphere Daniels, 93, of Telford, went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 31, 2024 in the Lutheran Community at Telford.  She was the beloved wife of the late Paul V. Daniels, who passed away in 1991.

Born in Abington, she was a daughter of the late Courtland and Laura (Heermann) Lamphere.

Mrs. Daniels was devoted to her Christian faith.  She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Harleysville.  Previously, she was a long-time member of Lenape Valley Presbyterian Church in New Britain, where she served as a deacon and Stephen Minister.  She was a homemaker who enjoyed playing bridge, reading, gardening, and singing in both church and community choirs.

Jean is survived by her son, Paul Daniels of Telford; daughters Katherine Daniels of Coopersburg, Susan Zachmann of Coopersburg, and Joanne Callahan (Bernard) of Wallingford; grandchildren Katherine Callahan (Meghan) of Aston, and Bernard Callahan (Shirley) of Media; and great-grandchildren Joshua and Lily.

She is survived also by her brothers David Lamphere (Janice) of East Norriton, and Robert Lamphere (Kathy) of Abington; and her sisters Elizabeth Glanville (Charles) of Media, and Nancy Johnson of Columbia, SC.

In addition to Jean's husband, her sister Ruth White, brother-in-law Burley Johnson, and son-in-law George Zachmann predeceased her.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 1, 2025 in Covenant Presbyterian Church, 310 Covenant Lane, Harleysville.  Family members will receive friends at the church from 10:00 until the time of the service.
