Irene H. Dunn, of Skippack Township, PA, and formerly of Los Angeles, CA, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2025, at her home.  She was 82.

She was the loving wife of the late Eugene Cilsdorf until his passing in 2003.

Born in Collingswood, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Orville and Bernice (Brass) Dunn.

A 1960 graduate of Souderton High School, Souderton, PA, she attained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from West Chester State College (now University), West Chester, PA, and her Master's Degree in Psychology from Los Angeles State College, Los Angeles, CA.

Ms. Dunn was employed as a substitute teacher for the Los Angeles Unified Schools while also working as a family counselor.

An avid reader, she belonged to a number of book clubs and enjoyed staying abreast of current events and politics.  She also loved tending to her gardens while in California.

Ms. Dunn is survived by a brother John C. "Jack" Dunn and his wife Judy, of Schwenksville, PA; a nephew, Gary Dunn, of Mohrsville, PA; six great-nieces and great–nephews; and 11 great-great-nieces and great-great–nephews.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a niece, Gina Coyle, in 2020.

Graveside Services and interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family in South Perkasie Evangelical Cemetery, Perkasie, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P. O. Box 30386, Philadelphia, PA  19103.
