Howard R. Keeley, long time resident of the Lutheran Community at Telford, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024.  He was 84 years old.

He was married to Alice M. (Dieffenbach) Keeley who passed away in 2015.  They cherished 53 years of marriage.

Born in Pottstown, PA, Howard was a son of Howard C. Keeley and Doris (McCarraher) Keeley.

Howard graduated from Souderton Area High School, although he was blessed to have grown up working in his family's business, Keeley's Flowers.  He was involved from a young age up until he was forty when the business closed in 1979.  Howard was also a proud member of the National Guard.  Later on in life, Howard worked as a Truck Driver for Rosenberger's Cold Storage Inc. in Hatfield, PA and eventually retired.

Throughout the years, Howard was a faithful member of Trinity UCC in Telford.  He also enjoyed fishing, swimming, boating, gardening, and traveling.  Most importantly, though, was Howard's family.  Through his hard work and love, Howard was a wonderful role model for his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Howard is survived by two daughters, Donna Dunn and her husband William of Quakertown and Mary Alice Lynn and her husband Louis Jr. of Chalfont.  He is also survived by grandchildren; Rebecca Donnelly (Tom) and Sarah Hensel (Brian), and great-grandchildren; Morgan, Thomas IV, Lawson, and Baby # 4 is due in July; a sister-in-law, Barbara, and many beloved nieces and nephews.  Howard is also survived by an identical twin, Leonard, who currently resides in Telford with his wife Elsie.  The twins have shared many memories over the years and their friendship was extremely special to Howard.

In addition to his wife and parents, Howard is preceded in death by his sister, Evelyn Keeley, and a brother, Jay Keeley.

A Funeral Service is scheduled at 11AM on Friday, June 7, 2024 at the Rose Chapel at the Lutheran Community at Telford.  12 Lutheran Home Drive.  Telford, PA 18969.  A viewing will be held from 10-11, prior to the service.  Interment will follow at Trinity Cemetery in Telford, PA.
