Guy D.
Williams
Apr 23, 1958 — Aug 16, 2026
East Norriton, PA
Guy D. Williams, of East Norriton and formerly of Philadelphia, PA, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospital – Upper Bucks Campus, Quakertown, PA. He was 68.
He was the loving husband of Joyce R. Gallo, the couple having joined in marriage on May 30, 2026. While their marriage was brief, their love was everlasting.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Maurice Holliday and Marie (Brodie) Williams. He was a 1976 graduate of John Bartram High School, Philadelphia, PA.
Guy worked as a truck driver during a career spanning over 50 years. Most recently, as a ten-year member of the Teamsters Union No. 107, he worked with U. S. Pipeline until retiring in May 2026.
Guy was a spiritual man with a faith in God. His faith was reflected in his love for his family, his kindness toward others.
An avid hunter and fisherman, he had a passion for driving and taking road trips. He also had a love for football, playing the sport while in high school and becoming a dedicated fan of the Las Vegas Raiders and Philadelphia Eagles Football Teams over the years.
Guy loved telling stories, and those who knew him best knew that the details might change from time to time, but the laughter they brought was always genuine. Most of all, as a “big kid himself” he will be remembered for his profound love for his family, his children and his grandchildren.
Surviving with his wife are six children, Neil Ayers and Matthew Williams, both of Philadelphia, Corinne Dressel and her husband Ryan, of Blue Bell, PA, Sophia Seminario, of Lansdale, PA, Gabriella Wallace and her husband Zachary, of Royersford, PA, and Michael Gallo and his wife Mikaela, of St. Johns, FL; six grandchildren; a brother, Jeffrey Williams, of New Castle, DE; and three sisters, Francine Bell and her husband Ramont, of Chicago, IL, Anita Williams, of Philadelphia, and Maureen Stephens and her husband Darryl, of Kennett Square, PA.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Gus Seminario.
Services will be held later this year and will be announced at a future date.
Due to the unexpected nature of his illness and passing, the family would appreciate memorial contributions being made to assist with the funeral expenses to the Suess-Gahman Funeral Home & Crematory, 606 Arch Street, Perkasie, PA 18944. The family is deeply grateful for your kindness, prayers and support.
