Glenn Fluck Kinsey passed away peacefully on October 26th at the Lutheran Community at Telford, at the age of 97. Born in 1928 in Hilltown Township, he graduated from the Hilltown Township Public School in 1942. He was predeceased by his wife Mary Jo McGrady Shelhamer, of nearly 26 years, in 2010.
Glenn was the youngest son of Eva Fluck and William Freed Kinsey. He was predeceased by his brothers Alton and Lamar and his sister Marie Bowe. He is survived by his brother-in-law Harry Shelhamer.
Glenn is also survived by his grandchildren: Leigh McGrady and Kevin Davidson (Tennessee) and William Joseph McGrady and Carmen McGrady (Virginia) and 5 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews Fern Proctor (Massachusetts), Brian Bowe and Laura Morgan (Plymouth Meeting, PA), Gary and Kim Bowe (Plymouth Meeting, PA), Nadine and Bob Grasty (Warren, NJ), and Karen and Jorge Estrada (Naples, FL). Iris Kinsey (New Jersey) and Neil Kinsey (Manheim, PA) predeceased Glenn.
Glenn was employed by Ford Motor Company for 64 years, spending 42 of those years at Fred Beans in Doylestown where he was the Parts Manager for 35 years and then the Director of Purchasing. He was a car enthusiast and enjoyed watching NASCAR racing. He was also a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and the Philadelphia Phillies.
He was a life-long member of the Christ Reformed Church of Indian Creek in Telford, PA. Glenn will be remembered for his loving, giving heart as he donated to his church and many charities. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at the Lutheran Community at Telford, 12 Lutheran Home Dr, Telford, PA at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 2, 2025. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to the time of the service. Interment will follow at Christ Reformed at Indian Creek Cemetery, 171 Church Rd. Telford, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Glenn's memory can be made to the Christ Reformed Church of Indian Creek, 171 Church Road, Telford, PA 18969 or United Way of Bucks County or Doylestown Hospital.
