George Christopher Gilbert, of Perkasie, PA, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025, at Grand View Health, Sellersville, PA.  He was 62.

Born in Norristown, PA, he was the son of George L. Gilbert, of Perkasie, and the late Shirley "Shirl" (Barndt) Gilbert.  He was a 1981 graduate of Pennridge High School, Perkasie.

A carpenter, Chris specialized in residential remodeling in the area for over 40 years.

He loved playing in horseshoe leagues as well as playing golf and darts.  A sports enthusiast, he was an avid Philadelphia Eagles, Miami Dolphins, New York Yankees and Athletics fan.

Chris is survived by two children, George Christopher Gilbert and his partner Briana, of Ottsville, PA, and Carrie Davis, of Greenville, SC; three grandchildren, Declan, Delainey and Shea;  a brother, Cary Gilbert, of Port St. Lucie, FL; and Chris's former wife and friend, Wendy Gilbert.

Family and friends are invited to attend his Celebration of Life Gathering to be held from 2:00 to 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at the Pavilion at the Perkasie Order of Owls Nest No. 1224, 602 Elm Avenue, Perkasie, PA.
