Dr. Frank J. Toth, Jr., 91, of Lititz, PA, formerly of Budapest, Hungary, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2026, at the Brethren Village in Lititz, PA. He was the loving husband of the late Ruth (Heebner) Toth.

            Born in Veszto, Hungary, he was a son of the late Ference J. and Maria (Balough) Toth.

           Frank was a dedicated veteran of the U.S. Army. Frank received his doctorate in education and was employed as an assistant professor at Biometrics and University Uniformed of Health Services. He traveled the world as a medical filmmaker for Walter Reed Army Hospital and in retirement, he was a member of the Coast Guard and Homeland Security.

            In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking, computer graphics, photography and cooking.

            He is survived by his brother Emery Toth and his wife Suzanne of Delmar, MD. along with many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his sister Maria and his sister-in-law Naomi Wrede.

            A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 107 W. Lincoln Avenue, Telford, PA 18969. Interment will follow at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, 111 Telford Pike, Telford, PA 18969. A luncheon will follow the service.
