Obituary

            Francis Patrick “Pat” Cummings, of Perkasie and formerly of Warrington, PA, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospice, Bethlehem, PA. He was 80.

            He was the loving husband of Roberta (Ermilio) Cummings.

            Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Russell and Frances (Giacobello) Cummings. He was a 1964 graduate of Lincoln High School, Philadelphia.

            Mr. Cummings was a proud U. S. Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War.

            He began his career with the Roofers Union Local No. 30, Philadelphia, working as a roofer before retiring as a business agent for the Union in 2005 following over 25 years of service.

            Mr. Cummings was a member of the Nase-Kraft American Legion Post No. 255, Sellersville, PA.

            He loved animals and trained dogs over the years. He especially enjoyed working out and tending to his yard. Known as a homebody who was always willing to help others, his greatest joy was found in spending time with his family.

            Surviving with his wife are two children, Colleen Burgher and her husband Brian, of Huntingdon Valley, PA, and Vincent Cummings, of Perkasie, PA; and two grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Russell Cummings, Jr., and two sisters, Peggy Razler and Katherine David.

            Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
