Francis X. "Frank" Paul, of East Rockhill Twp. and formerly of Philadelphia, PA, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Gwynedd Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, Lansdale, PA.  He was 93.

He was the loving husband of Joan M. (McCloskey) Paul.  The couple had celebrated their 74th Wedding Anniversary on May 5, 2025.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Josephine (Quaiser) Paul.  He was a 1950 graduate of North Catholic High School, Philadelphia.

Mr. Paul was employed as a computer analyst for Cigna Insurance Co., Philadelphia, PA, for many years until his retirement.  Earlier, he worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia for which he built the computer system.

He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Sellersville, PA.

An avid reader and talented cook, Mr. Paul enjoyed walking and jogging and fishing as well as taking trips to the shore.

Surviving with his wife are four children, Joan Cotton and her husband Peter, of Huntingdon Valley, PA, Patricia Smith, of Australia, Kenneth Paul and his wife Catherine, of Perkasie, PA, and Arlene Connor and her husband John, also of Perkasie; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a sister, Joanne.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Paul.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 445 N. Main Street, Sellersville, PA, where family and friends may call from 10:00 to 10:45 AM.
