Frances Margaret Licciardiello, of Sellersville, PA and formerly of Budd Lake and Mansfield, NJ, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024 in her home surrounded by her family.  She was 78.

She was the loving wife of Constantino Licciardiello.  The couple just celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on June 13, 2024.

Born in Lowell, MA, she was the daughter of the late George and Frances Margaret (Chretien) Hoare.  A 1963 graduate of Lowell High School, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in English from Centenary University, Hackettstown, NJ.  She also graduated from the Wilfred Beauty School, Succasunna, NJ in 1971.

Mrs. Licciardiello owned and operated Fran's Hair Salon and Barber Shop in Budd Lake, NJ for 50 years, retiring in 2019.  She was also a former member of the Mount Olive Township Planning Board.

She loved dancing, painting, gardening, cooking, knitting, playing tennis and was an avid Mahjong player.   A Doll Doctor and talented seamstress, she loved to sew, making clothing and costumes for her family.  Considered to be the "Hostess with the Mostess" she loved to entertain.  Above all, she loved spending time with her family.

Surviving with her husband are four children, Lesia Petrizio and her husband Kevin, of Sellersville, Tina Mayer Kincaid and her husband Brian, of Mount Arlington, NJ, Dona Halpern and her husband Robert, of West Amwell, NJ and Francie Babik and her husband Raymond, of Perkasie, PA; nine grandchildren, Michael, Dominick, Christine, Matty, Katie, Brian, Courtney, Ashley, Natalie and Lindsay; two great grandchildren, Peter and Mackenzie and a brother, John "Jack" Hoare, of Gorham, NH.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, George and William Hoare.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Monday, July 1, 2024 in St. Agnes Catholic Church, 445 N. Main Street, Sellersville, PA, where family and friends may call from 9:30 to 10:45 AM.  Interment will follow in Sellersville Cemetery.
