Edward B. Slifer, 67, formerly of Sellersville, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Grandview Hospital, Sellersville, PA.

Born in Lansdale, he was a son of the late William and Mary Ellen (Bishop) Slifer Sr.

Edward graduated from SAHS in 1973 and later worked as a Truck Driver for P.K. Moyer and B.R. Scholl.

Throughout his life, Edward had many exciting interests including NASCAR, Riding Motorcycles, Cruising in his El Camino, and hunting with his brothers.  At the end of the day, Edward truly loved to sit by a bonfire with his family and friends, joking around and enjoying their company.

Edward is survived by a daughter, Carla Budd (Charles) of Lansdale and a son, Christopher Slifer of Sellersville.  Edward is also survived by brother Robert R. and his wife Christel of Tamm, Germany; his sister, Mary Lou Poirier and her husband Michael of Telford; grandchildren, Dylan, Braedyn, Kiernen and McKenna; step-grandchildren Brenna, Deaglan and Alannah.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 11:00AM in the Sadler-Suess Funeral Home, 33 North Main St., Telford, PA 18969. A viewing will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service.  Interment will follow at Pleasant Hills Cemetery, Pleasant Valley, PA.
