Rosenberger

Edward Joel Rosenberger, of Silverdale, PA, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at his home. He was 86.
He was the loving husband of Joyce H. (Hafler) Rosenberger. The couple had celebrated their 64th Wedding Anniversary on September 10, 2024.
Born in Sellersville, PA, he was the son of the late Edward F. and Fern (Magee) Rosenberger.
A proud U. S. Army Veteran, he was stationed in Germany serving from 1957 until being honorably discharged in 1959.
Mr. Rosenberger was employed by Hilltown Township in its Maintenance Department for 13 years until retiring in 2003. Previously, he worked for Tubular Products, Souderton, PA, for 25 years.
He was a member of St. Stephen's United Church of Christ, Perkasie, PA.
A gardening enthusiast, Mr. Rosenberger enjoyed crafting and woodworking. He loved to travel to the family's shore home in Delaware as well as camping and clamming there. He was especially fond of taking care of his German Shepherd dogs over the years and motorcycle riding in his younger years. An avid Philadelphia Eagles and Flyers fan, he loved attending his sons' sporting events.
Surviving with his wife are three children, Dawn Denise Jamann, of Battle Creek, MI, Edward J. Rosenberger, Jr. and his wife Lisa, of Perkasie, PA, and Eric J. Rosenberger, of Dublin, PA; six grandchildren, Evan Rosenberger, Ethan Rosenberger, Elyse Rosenberger, Hailey Jamann, Emilee Jamann and Jordan Rosenberger; and a great-grandson, Michael Tiller. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Eric J. Rosenberger, in 2016, and a sister, Joyce E. Scholl.
His Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at St. Stephen's United Church of Christ, 110 N. Sixth Street, Perkasie, PA, where family and friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA.

Arrangements are by the Suess-Gahman Funeral Home & Crematory, 606 Arch Street, Perkasie.
