Doris M. Godshall, formerly of Perkasie, PA, passed away at her home at the Lutheran Community at Telford on Saturday, May 15, 2021.  She was 91.

She was the loving wife of Henry S. "Hank" Godshall for 62 years until his passing on October 27, 2012.

Born in Lansdale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd B. and Helen (Kenderdine) Gerhart.  She was a 1947 graduate of Lansdale High School.

Mrs. Godshall was a homemaker.  She also worked in Pennridge High School cafeteria for 18 years, retiring in 1986.

She was a member of St. Stephen's United Church of Christ, Perkasie, PA, where she served on Consistory and the Culinary Committee.  She also volunteered with the Ridge Crest Christmas Workshop.

For many years, she and her husband traveled in their motorhome across the United States and Canada seeing the sights.  She also enjoyed reading and doing cross stitch.

She is survived by five children, Keith H. Godshall and his wife Nancy, of Dublin, PA, Ned A. Godshall of Albuquerque, NM, Susan M. Stubbs, of Perkasie, PA, Nancy S. Hurst and her husband David, of Anchorage, AK and Jon E. Godshall and his wife Suzanne, of Groton, CT; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a brother, Herbert Gerhart, of Hatfield, PA.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Steven Godshall, in 1958, and a sister, Elizabeth "Betty" Lischke in 2017.

Her memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 22, 2021, at the Bernard Suess Funeral Home, 606 Arch Street, Perkasie, PA, where family and friends may call from 1:30 to 2:00 PM.  Interment will be held privately at Green Lawn Cemetery, North Wales, PA.
