Dennis J. Lawson, 78, of Harleysville, PA, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Grandview Campus in Sellersville, PA. He was the loving husband of Kathleen (Crane) Lawson.

Born in Patterson, NJ, he was a son of the late Charles and Marian Lawson.

Dennis proudly served our country as a Navy Veteran. After serving his country, he was employed as an Information Technologist at Arcadia University, RCA and Best Buy.

In his spare time, he enjoyed collecting trains and was an avid motorcyclist often referred to as the motorcycle “guy” and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson.

Along with his wife, Dennis is survived by his children Christian Lawson and Wendy Mercaldo of Wayne, PA. He is also survived by his son-in-law Scott Hartzell of Pennsburg, PA and Scott’s sister Sabrina Bender of Salem, VA. Dennis is predeceased by a brother.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
