Deborah A. Talaber, 71, formerly of Souderton, PA passed away peacefully on July 9, 2026, at Phoebe Richland Healthcare in Richlandtown. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph F. Talaber, who preceded her in death on June 5, 2026. They would have celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary on July 17th of this year.

            Born in Easton, PA, she was a beloved daughter of the late Jacob M. Gruver and Anna G. (Bickel) Gruver.

            Deborah was a 1972 graduate of Pennridge High School in Perkasie, PA. After graduation, she began her career as a receptionist/clerk for Carlon/Thyrocon Corp., then working at Draeger Medical Inc., first as a sr. quality inspector and then sr. manufacturing assembler. Her most recent position was at Tri-Valley Primary Care in Lansdale, PA in which she retired from in 2023.

            In Deborah’s spare time, she enjoyed baking, shopping, reading, sewing and camping. She also had a passion for dogs in which she had three St. Bernards. Most of all, she loved being with her family.

            She is survived by her devoted stepdaughter Michelle Roberts and her husband James of Allentown, PA, her sister Susan A. Benner and her husband Craig of Souderton, PA. Deborah is survived by two grandsons, John and Jarrett. She is also survived by her nephew Kyle P. Benner and his wife Vanessa of Schwenksville, PA and a great niece Riley and a great nephew Brayden.

            A graveside service will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
