David Lloyd Jaeger, of Telford, PA, passed away surrounded by his family on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at his home.  He was 71.

He was the loving husband of Diane (Trimber) Jaeger.  The couple had celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary on November 2, 2023.

Born in Doylestown, PA, he was the son of the late Lloyd B. and Julia A. (Ignaczak) Jaeger.  A 1970 graduate of Central Bucks High School, he went on to earn his HVAC Certification from the CHI Institute.

David worked as a plumber, working for Slight Brothers Plumbing, Elkins Park, PA for many years.  Following that time, he was employed by the Home Depot, Montgomeryville, PA.  He then drove school bus and was a bus aide for First Student Bus Company.

He loved to play games, especially chess.  He was a life member of the Chess Federation.  He also loved the Philadelphia Phillies, playing  Stratomatic Baseball and Dungeons & Dragons.

Surviving with his wife are a daughter, Joanna Meisner and her husband, Michael Damien, of Hilltown; three grandchildren, Adrian, Isabella and Abigail; a brother, Richard Jaeger, of Raymond, NH and his dog, Sadie.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

David was a person that believed in kindness and helping others whenever and wherever he could.  In keeping that thought the family requests that In Lieu of Flowers, you pay it forward in whatever way you can.
