Dale F. James, of Telford and formerly of Bedminster Twp., PA, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2022, at his home.  He was 85.

He was the loving husband of Kathleen (Myers) James.  The couple had celebrated their 39 ^th Wedding Anniversary on March 15, 2022.

Born in Wellsville, NY, he was the son of the late Donald and Bernadine (McCarthy) James.  He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University.

An appraiser and realtor, Mr. James owned and operated Dale James & Associates Realty, Doylestown, PA, for 15 years until retiring in 2001.  Previously, he was part-owner of James & Kingsbury Realty, Doylestown.

He attended Calvary Church of Souderton, Souderton, PA.

An avid hunter and fisherman, he loved hunting worldwide especially on African safaris.  He enjoyed watching sports, particularly Penn State and Philadelphia football and baseball.

Surviving with his wife are a son, Scott James and his wife Cindy, of Riceville, TN; two stepchildren, Sandra Gahman and her husband Todd, of Jim Thorpe, PA, and Jeffrey Becker and his wife Karen, of West Chester, PA; seven grandchildren, Matthew James, Nicole James, Timothy Becker, Jessica Becker, Lindsey Hoffman, Kylee Gahman and Jayden Gahman; five great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Donna Blake and her husband James, Linda Achberger and her husband Eldon "Skip", and Judy Cain, all of Florida.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Vince James.

His Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 2, 20202, at the Suess-Gahman Funeral Home, 606 Arch Street, Perkasie, PA, where family and friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.  Interment will follow in Kellers Church Cemetery, Kellers Church, PA.
