D. Ray Clemmer, of Hilltown Township, PA, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at his home.  He was 82.

He was the loving husband of Gloria F. (Ulmer) Clemmer.  The couple had celebrated their 64th Wedding Anniversary on January 9, 2024.

Born in Sellersville, PA, he was the son of the late C. Arthur Sr. and Evelyn Mae (Bissey) Clemmer.  He was a 1959 graduate of Pennridge High School, Perkasie, PA, where he played Varsity Football.

Ray was employed for over 45 years by AMETEK, Inc., U. S. Gauge Division, Sellerville, PA, where he worked as a machinist and tool & die maker until being promoted to supervisor, retiring in 2006.

A dedicated Philadelphia sports fan, he especially enjoyed woodworking and fishing in his free time.  Most of all, he loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving with his wife are three children, Ray Clemmer and his wife René, of Medford, NJ, Denise Clemmer, of Hilltown, PA, and Laura Lee Viall and her husband Brian, of Perkasie, PA; four grandchildren, Ashley, Whitney, Troy and Amber; and five great-grandchildren, Desmond, Ryan, Ellie, Michael and Ada.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Clayton Arthur Clemmer, Jr.

His Services will be announced at a later date.
