Cynthia "Cindy" M. O'Neill, 65, of Telford, passed away on August 9, 2022 at the Lutheran Community at Telford in Telford, PA.

Born in Souderton, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Genevieve (Gutherman) Reardon.

She was previously employed as a registered nurse with the Lutheran Community at Telford and Southeast Home Care. In her free time, she enjoyed playing the piano and spending time gardening.

She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Formato and her husband Christian, of Pottstown; sister Judy Ambrose of Quakertown; brother Mark Rearden of Souderton; and sister Patricia Reardon of Silverdale;  two grandchildren, Aria and Benjamin.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sons, Andrew, and Zachary.

Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 12:00 PM, in the Sadler-Suess Funeral Home, 33 N. Main St., Telford. Family will receive visitors from 11-12:00 prior to the service.  Interment is private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Benevolent Care Fund for the Lutheran Community at Telford.
