Charlotte Ann Border, 80, formerly of Harleysville PA, passed away November 28, 2023 at Jefferson Lansdale Hospital.

She was the beloved wife of both the late Robert Goodwin, deceased in 1987, and Russell Border, deceased in 2012.

Born in Camden NJ, she was the daughter of the late Archie Russell Hendricks and the late Dorothea (Connolly) Hendricks.

Charlotte took immense pride in being employed as a homemaker. She grew up in southern New Jersey and graduated in 1961 from Wildwood High School. Early on, Charlotte was a veterinarian assistant. She also was a secretary at The Press of Atlantic City where she met her first husband Bob.

Mrs. Border was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Telford. She enjoyed drawing and supporting family.  She was a fan of Dunkin Donuts, so much that she worked part time there.

Charlotte is survived by daughter: Adeline (Goodwin) Corry and her husband John of Newark DE, son Garrison "Garry" Goodwin of Harleysville PA, and granddaughters Shannon and Heather. She is also survived by brother Archie Hendricks (Philadelphia PA) and sisters Rhoda Ozen (Clementon NJ), Cheryl Serdaru (Newtown PA), and Maria Accardi (Somerdale NJ).

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 in the Sadler-Suess Funeral Home, 33 North Main Street Telford, PA. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service.

A private interment will be held the next day in Arlington Park Cemetery, 1620 Cove Road Pennsauken, NJ.
