Catherine I. Donahue, formerly of Perkasie, PA, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2023, at The Laurels at Hidden Meadows on the Ridge, West Rockhill Twp., PA.  She was 88.

She was the loving wife of 55 years of the late Thomas P. Donahue until his passing on September 3, 2009.

Born in Sellersville, PA, she was the daughter of the late James and Elizabeth M. "Betty" (Dorn) Delciotto.  She was a 1952 graduate of Sell-Perk High School, Perkasie.

Mrs. Donahue was employed as the Office Manager for Werner Motors, Lansdale, PA, for 30 years until retiring.  Following her retirement, she worked as a cashier for Landis Supermarket, Perkasie, for many years.

She was a member of St. Stephen's United Church of Christ, Perkasie, where she served as the Church Treasurer.

An avid reader, Mrs. Donahue enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking, painting ceramics and collecting lighthouses.  She loved visiting the beach and going to New York City to see shows on Broadway.  In her younger years, she was particularly fond of roller skating.  She will be remembered for her willing nature to lend a helping hand.

She is survived by four children, Eileen L. Smith and her husband Jack, of Lehighton, PA, Pat James Donahue, of Spring Mount, PA, Thomas E. Donahue and his companion Lori Beans, of Green Lane, PA, and Kent L. Donahue and his wife Kelly, of Wall, NJ; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Her Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, October 13, 2023, at the Suess-Gahman Funeral Home, 606 Arch Street, Perkasie, where family and friends may call from 11:00 AM until Noon.  Interment will follow in St. Stephen's United Church of Christ Cemetery, Perkasie.
