Carly Paige MacLaughlin, of Perkasie, PA, passed away at her home on Friday, November 24, 2023.  She was 28.

Born in Allentown and raised in Coopersburg, PA, she was the daughter of F. Scott MacLaughlin, of Perkasie and Sharyn L. (Beck) MacLaughlin, of Montgomeryville, PA.  She was a 2013 graduate of Southern Lehigh High School, where she was active on the Tennis team, winning the Varsity championship and the Diving team, where she was state ranked.  She was also a gymnast since she was a toddler.

After high school, she went on to earn her Bachelor in Supply Chain Management from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating in 2017.  While attending the University of Pittsburgh, she was a member of the Sigma Alpha Pi Fraternity.  She, along with her sister Melody,  co-founded the group, One Act of Random Kindness and was a member of Into The Streets.   She was also tri-lingual, speaking Spanish and Chinese.

Carly was employed as a logistics coordinator for JBS Foods, Souderton, PA.

She loved being an artist.  She excelled in drawing, painting and wood burning.  In her free time, Carly enjoyed cooking, baking, reading, watching TV and movies, puzzles, and doing AcroYoga with her twin sister, Melody.  Most of all, she loved her dog Remi, taking her on walks and playing fetch.

Surviving with her parents are two sisters, Shelley N. MacLaughlin, of North Wales, PA and her twin sister, Melody R. MacLaughlin, of Perkasie; her maternal grandmother, Cleora Beck, of Telford, PA and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Valerie Joy MacLaughlin on October 27, 2023.

A Sharing of Memories service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at the Suess-Gahman Funeral Home, 606 Arch Street, Perkasie, PA where family and friends may call from 1:30 PM until service time.
