Carl Charles Cassano, Jr., of Sellersville, PA and formerly of Doylestown, PA, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at his home.  He was 82.

He was the loving husband of Rosemary (Costabile) Cassano.  The couple celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary on September 2, 2024.

Born in Nesquehoning, PA, he was the son of the late Carl Charles Sr. and Antoinette (Miranda) Cassano.  A 1961 graduate of Nesquehoning High School, he went on to earn his associates in Accounting from the Bucks County Community College, Newtown, PA in the early 1970's.

He served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army, stationed in Fort Knox, KY.

Carl worked for the Pathmark Supermarket, Warminster, PA for 42 years, working his way up to Store Manager.  He then went worked as a custodian for the Pine Run Community, Dementia Unit, Doylestown, PA for 10 years.

He was a member of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Doylestown, PA.  An avid sports fan, he enjoyed playing golf.  In his early years, he enjoyed coaching and playing sports.  He also loved going to the casinos and playing Baccarat.

Carl had a great sense of humor.  Most of all, he was a devoted husband, living life and all of its experiences with his wife.  Considered to be the "Ultimate Family Man", he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Surviving with his wife are two sons, Carl C. Cassano, III and his wife Christine, of Perkasie, PA and Joseph J. Cassano and his wife Lori, of Perkasie; three grandchildren, Jerrald Novak and his wife Hannah, Gianna Marie Cassano and Isabella Rose Cassano and a sister, Paula Reed and her husband Charles, of Sunbury, PA.

His Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 445 N. Main Street, Sellersville, PA, where family and friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
