Betty D. Landis, 95, formerly of Telford, passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at The Community at Rockhill in West Rockhill Twp.  She was the beloved wife of 57 years to the late Merrill Y. Landis who died in 2003.

Born in Elroy, PA, she was the daughter of the late Rufus and Flora (Moyer) Derstine.

Along with her husband, she owned and operated Merrill Y. Landis Custom Draperies in Telford for many years, prior to retiring in 1991.

Mrs. Landis was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Telford.  She and her husband were members of Dutch Country Playhouse where she was involved in many aspects of the performances.  She also enjoyed traveling, playing card games with friends, and most importantly, spending time with her family.

She is survived by a son, Steven Landis and his wife Susan of Souderton, a daughter, Linda Maiers and her husband Neal of Telford, a daughter-in-law, Sarah Landis of Souderton, six grandchildren:  Richard, Jr., Stephanie, Kevin, Nickole, Kelly, Stacey, and thirteen great grandchildren:  Darah, Taylor, Chase, Jacob, Cole, Alyssa, Joshua, Bennett, Logan, Jackson, Jace, Evelyn, and Weston.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Richard Landis.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 11 AM in the Chapel of The Community at Rockhill, 3250 State Rd., Sellersville, PA 18960.  Interment will follow in Christ Reformed Cemetery at Indian Creek in Franconia Twp.  Family will receive friends from 10-11 AM prior to the service.  Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 1818 Market St., Suite 2820, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
