Bernice Pierce, 94, of Souderton, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the Souderton Mennonite Home. She was the loving wife of the late, Harry F. Pierce, for 43 years. And the daughter of the late Clifford and Sara Jane (Kulp) Hoff.

        She was preceded in death by her only child, Keith S. Pierce, brother Claude, and sister Sallie Jane Hange.

        Surviving are her sister Lydia Davis of Souderton, Daughter-in-law Donna Kolb of Telford, wife of H. James, and two granddaughters: Alicia Smith Vona of Perkasie, and Stephanie Smith, of Souderton; and four great grandchildren: Madison Smith, Kaden Smith, Kaiya Smith and Sophia Smith.

        Bernice was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker. She later worked at Daub’s Market, Souderton and later at Clemens Kitchen, where she retired in 1997.

        Bernice enjoyed canning and jewelry making. But mostly she enjoyed being with family and friends playing Yahtzee, Rummikub, and Bingo.

        Graveside services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
