Barbara Ann Windfelder, of Chalfont and formerly of Northeast Philadelphia, PA, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2023, at Grand View Hospital, West Rockhill Twp., PA.  She was 75.

She was the loving "Gold Star" wife of the late John E. Windfelder who was killed in Vietnam while serving active duty with the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War on November 28, 1971.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Virginia (Morgan) Riley.  A 1966 graduate of the Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls, Philadelphia, she attained her dual certification from the Wilfred Beauty Academy of Hair & Beauty Culture, Philadelphia.

Mrs. Windfelder worked as a Medical Assistant for many years until retiring.

Catholic in faith, she was active with the Gold Wives Club and enjoyed crocheting.

She is survived by a daughter, Jennifer L. Craig, of Perkasie, PA; two grandchildren, Tyler and Brenna Craig; a sister, Denise Riley, of Chalfont; and her grand dog, Cody.

Her Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at the Suess-Gahman Funeral Home & Crematory, 606 Arch Street, Perkasie, PA, where family and friends may call from 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
