Audrey L. Schaffer, 83, of Sellersville, PA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at Belle Terrace Nursing Care Facility in Quakertown.

She was the beloved wife of the late Robert F. Schaffer who preceded her in death on November 11, 2025 and celebrated 64 years of marriage before his passing.

Born in Reading, PA, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Kathryn (Frederic) McBride.

Audrey worked for Faith Christian Academy where she was employed as a Librarian and also instructed sewing classes, as well as working in the church's daycare. From 1999 to 2016 she was employed in the office of Service Champ in Chalfont, PA.

In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and had that strong family bond. She was also very devoted to attending her church at Faith Baptist Church where she served in the Nursery.

Audrey was very selfless, always giving of herself to others. Whether within the family, the workplace, or the community, Audrey was always one to be depended upon to be there for others when needed.

She was fun-loving, always ready for an adventure, and loved riding the roller coasters at Dorney Park with her children, nieces and nephews, and grandchildren. She also had a sweet, peaceful way about her that brought peace, calm, and stability to those around her.

Audrey had a solid, genuine relationship with God her Father. She was a born-again believer in Jesus Christ, and a sweet example of one who really knew God and truly walked with Him. Audrey is now with her Saviour and rejoicing in His presence

She is survived by her children, Robert, and Bruce (Linda); eight grandchildren: Kelli (Dan), Robert. Bethany, Ryan (Michelle), Jeremia (Cynthia), Daniel, Stephanie (Ron), and Brittany (Nick) ; eight great grandchildren: Anthony, Nicholas, Sophia, Skylar, Aiva, Khloi, Maybel, and Kellin. She is also survived by her sister Sally Coulton and her husband Jack of Coopersburg and brother William McBride and his wife Sandra of New Zealand. Audrey is predeceased by her daughter Michelle Faust who passed away in 1999. She was also predeceased by sisters Kathryn (Kitty) and Alberta and brother Daniel.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Friday August 28, 2026 at Sadler-Suess Funeral Home and Crematory, 33 N. Main Street, Telford, PA 18969. The family will receive friends from 10:00AM until the time of the service. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family
