Arthur W. Dembrosky, of Quakertown, PA and formerly of Wescosville and Silverdale PA, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, April 15, 2022 at his home.  He was 89.

He was the loving husband of Susanne R. (Rios) Dembrosky.  The couple celebrated their 67 ^th wedding anniversary on October 16, 2021.

Born in Saucon Valley, PA, he was the son of the late Walter and Margaret (Wrabel) Dembrosky.  He was a 1951 graduate of Liberty High School, Bethlehem, PA.

He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War, serving on the USS Ammen and the USS Yosemite.

In 1957, Mr. Dembrosky opened Art's Oasis, a hotdog stand in Silverdale.  He was able to grow his business quickly turning it into Dembrosky's Restaurant, which he and his wife Susanne ran until retiring in 1988.

He was an active and dedicated member of First Baptist Church, Perkasie, where he volunteered in the church nursery, worked in the kitchen and helped to clean the church.

Mr. Dembrosky and his wife enjoyed traveling abroad.  He enjoyed fishing, boating, camping in their RV, gardening, landscaping and designing his own koi pond.  He was always very generous and gave faithfully to many charities. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

Surviving with his wife are two children, Dennis M. Dembrosky, of Quakertown, PA and Diane L. Umland and her husband Charles, of Quakertown; a granddaughter, Jacqueline Cassidy and her husband Kellen and a great grandson, Grant Cassidy.

The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the St. Luke's Visiting Nurses and Hospice Staff for their wonderful caregiving to Mr. Dembrosky and support to the family throughout his illness.

Services will be held privately.
