Ann L. Halteman,79,  of Salford Twp., passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at her residence.

Ann was married for 50 years to the late Larry C. Halteman who passed away in 2014.

Born in Girardville, PA, she was a daughter of late Russel Clews and  Emma (Traphan) Clews.

She was the owner and seamstress of AL. Halteman Custom Drapery Inc.  In her free time, she enjoyed being outdoors, had a love for animals, enjoyed watercolor painting, gardening and of course sewing.

Ann is survived by her daughter, Julie Lansberg and her husband Michael of Green Lane, PA and her son, Garry Halteman of Sumneytown, PA.  She is also survived by her five grandchildren Janelle Dominick and her husband Brent, Daman Smoot, Michael T. Lansberg, Emma Halteman, Sarah Halteman, and her five great grandchildren Alexis Smoot, Charlotte, Cooper, Alayna and Sophia.  Ann is also survived by her sister Linda Neef and her husband Vince of Concord, CA.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hillside SPCA, 51 SPCA Road, Pottsville, PA  17901.
